From growing up in a challenging environment and struggling to understand what his identity was to spending twenty years in the military and getting his Doctorate degree in his 50s, Frank’s story is an incredible example of God redeeming his past and leading him into a future where he gets to help provide other men with what he never had and help them understand Jesus’ heart for them.
